During my time as a junior faculty member, I had the privilege of receiving invaluable group technical support from Dr. Valentine, specifically focused on publishing in refereed journals.

The guidance and mentoring provided were not only practical but also highly effective in helping me understand the intricacies of academic publishing.  As a direct result of Dr. Valentine’s mentorship, I have successfully published numerous articles over the years. This accomplishment played a significant role in my career progression, enabling me to earn tenure. I am now honored to serve as editor for the National Society of Allied Health, a position that reflects the lasting influence of the support and encouragement I received.
