VHS Consulting was founded by Dr. Peggy Valentine, Dr. Celia Hooper, and Dr. Doria “Kathy” Stitts—three distinguished higher education leaders united by a shared mission: to empower institutions through innovation, collaboration, and measurable outcomes.
